    The State of California created a Guidance Manual for Cross Connection Control programs designed to help water agencies ensure the distribution of safe and potable water to its domestic users.  Part of this goal is preventing the contamination of these water supplies through cross connections.  The purpose of the manual is to provide guidance to water utilities and health agencies in establishing adequate cross connection control programs.  To view the manual in it's entirety  please click below.
