On July 1, 2008 GSWC filed Application 08-07-010 to increase rates for water service in its Region II and Region III ratemaking areas.
Region II service territory includes cities within the Metropolitan Los Angeles Area such as Artesia, Norwalk, Bell Gardens, Culver City, El Segundo, Hawthorne and Willowbrook.
Reion III service territory includes Apple Valley, Barstow, Calipatria, Niland, Morongo Valley, Wrightwood, Claremont, San Dimas, San Gabriel, Cowen Heights, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Stanton, Placentia and Yorba Linda.
