Northern District Bay Point Customer Service Area Customers living in the community of Bay Point receive service from the local employees of the Bay Point Customer Service Area. The local Customer Serve office is located at 53-B Manor Drive.
The Bay Point Customer Service Area is a single, interconnected system serving 4,800 customers as of January 1999. The water supply in the Bay Point Customer Service Area is obtained through the Contra Costa Canal, operated by the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD). Water purchased through this canal is treated at the Company's Hill Street Plant and pumped to the system.
Clearlake Customer Service Area Customers living in the City of Clearlake and adjacent non-incorporated territory in Lake County receive service from the local employees of the Clearlake Customer Service Area. The local Customer Service office is located at 14595 Olympic Drive, Suite A, Clearlake.
The Clearlake Customer Service Area is a single, interconnected system serving a total of 2,000 as of January 1999. The Sonoma Treatment Plant, completed in 1992, was designed to treat surface water from Clearlake and supplies 1,000 gallons per minute to the system. The Sonoma Treatment Plant is a state-of-the-art facility, which is capable of providing high quality treated water that meets all current state and federal water quality requirements.
Arden-Cordova Customer Service Area Customers living in the Arden Manor area, east of the City of Sacramento, and in Rancho Cordova (including Gold River) receive service from the local employees of the Cordova Customer Service Area. The local Customer Service office is located at 11088 D Olson Drive, Ranch Cordova.
The Arden-Cordova Customer Service Area serviced 13,500 customers as of December 1997. The Arden System consists of 1,757 customers. The Cordova System consists of 11,513 customers. They are two separate systems that are not physically interconnected.
The Arden System is supplied by eight wells with a combined capacity of 6.6 MGD. The Cordova System is supplied by 22 Company-owned wells with a combined design capacity of 24 MGD, and surface water treated at the Coloma Water Treatment Plant. All of the wells pump from the Sacramento area groundwater aquifer. The Coloma Treatment Plant receives its water from the American River through the Folsom South Canal.
Coastal District Los Osos Customer Service Area Customers living in the communities of San Luis Obispo County, the Los Osos and the Edna Road Systems, receive service from the local employees of the Los Osos Customer Service Area. The local Customer Service office is located at 1140 Los Olivos Ave., Los Osos.
Water supply is supported by ten Company-owned wells, which pump from the Los Osos and Edna Valley groundwater basins. The Los Osos System served approximately 3,100 customers as of January 1999.
Santa Maria Customer Service Area Customers living in the communities of Orcutt, Nipomo, Tanglewood, Lake Marie, and Sisquoc Systems receive service from the local employees of the Santa Maria Customer Service Area. The local Customer Service office is located at 3070 Skyway, #103., Santa Maria.
The entire water supply for the Santa Maria CSA is obtained from 29 Company-owned wells located within the area. The Tanglewood, Orcutt, Lake Marie and Sisquoc Systems overlie the Santa Maria Groundwater Basin. The Nipomo System overlies the Nipomo sub-area of the Arroyo Grande Groundwater Basin, which is considered an extension of the Santa Maria Groundwater Basin. The systems served 12,600 customers as of January 1999.
Ojai Customer Service Area Customers living in the City of Ojai and some non-incorporated areas outside the city limits, including a portion of the Meiners Oaks community, receive service from the local employees of the Ojai Customer Service Area. The Customer Service office is located at 1002-A East Ojai Ave., Ojai.
There are four wells supplying water to the Ojai system. Supplemental water is received from Casitas Municipal Water District ("Casitas"). Approximately, 18% is purchased from this source. Casitas' main water supply is from Lake Casitas. As of January 1999, the total number of customers served in this service area was 2,800.
Simi Valley Customer Service Area Customers living in portions of the City of Simi Valley and adjacent incorporated areas of eastern Ventura County receive service from the local employees of the Simi Valley Customer Service Area. The Customer Service office is located at 4680 East Los Angeles St., Simi Valley.
The Simi Valley CSA is a single interconnected system, serving 12,400 customers as of January 1999. There are two wells supplying water to the Simi Valley system. Supplemental water is received from Calleguas. Approximately 85% is purchased from this source.
