Easy and Convenient Payment Options
Internet Payments and Automatic Payments
Save Time No More Checks to Write No More Stamps to Buy
Internet Payment Option - E-bill Now you can view and pay your utility bill online! Introducing e-bill, a smart new payment option that was developed to make paying your bill simple, convenient and secure. With our new e-bill service, you can now receive and pay your utility bill online from any computer with Internet access. No more checks to write and no more stamps to buy.
What is an e-bill? An e-bill is a completely detailed electronic version of the paper bill you currently receive. Instead of receiving a paper bill through the mail, you'll receive an e-mail message alerting you that a new e-bill is available for your review online anytime -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A secure log-in process and 128-bit encryption protects your online bill and ensures that only you have access to your billing information.
Although you review and pay your e-bill online with a simple click of the mouse, you still control how much to pay and when to pay. Your payments will be drawn from the bank account number you provide when you sign up for online billing. If you decide the e-bill option isn't for you, you can cancel at any time and begin receiving paper bills again on your next billing cycle.
How do I sign up for e-bill? Simply enroll by clicking here. When you enroll, you will be asked to create an online billing account for yourself with a unique logon name and password. During the enrollment process, you'll enter information about your utility account (you will need a current statement to register).
Is this really free? Yes. As a service to our customers, we have made arrangements with one online billing provider, CheckFree, to provide a version of their service at no charge. With this free service, you can receive and pay your utility e-bill, along with e-bills from other companies.
If you choose to use a third party online bill payment service provider, that company may charge you a small fee for using their service. For more information, please visit your desired provider.
