American State Utilities Services - Chaparral City Water
Brooke Water, L.L.C Brooke Water L.L.C. serves a portion of LaPaz County known as the Parker Strip. Water supply is obtained from 6 company owned pumping stations located near the Colorado River with the addition of 2 booster stations and 3 elevated storage tank facilities. The water is pre-treated, filtered and chlorinated and is tested according to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) standards.
C&S Water C&S Water Co., Inc. serves a portion of Gila County. Water supply is obtain from one company owned well with one storage tank and two booster sites. The water is of good quality and is tested according to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) standards.
Circle City Water Circle City water supply is obtained from one company owned well in addition to one storage tank. The water produced is of good quality and is tested according to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Standards (ADEQ).
City of Torrance Approximately 75% of Torrance's water supply is imported water from the Metropolitan Water District (MWD). The remaining 25% is pumped from four wells in the City. Other water companies serving Torrance include California Water and Dominguez. Active GSWC customers total 26,000, with approximately 74K additional water customers in the City.

Bear Valley Electric Service
Provides electric power to more than 20,000 customers in the Big Bear Valley resort community with a mix of full-time and part-time residents. These 17,500 residents represent more than 87 percent of BVES customers. Also served by BVES are 2,500 commercial, industrial and public authority customers, including the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts.

Bay Point Customer Service Area This Northern District community of 4,860 customers obtains most of its water through the Contra Costa Canal, and is treated at two plants prior to pumping throughout the GSWC system.
Clearlake Customer Service Area Two thousand customers in the resort communities of Clearlake and unincorporated territory in Lake County received water pumped from Clear Lake and treated in the Sonoma plant.
Rancho-Cordova Customer Service Area Sections of Sacramento and Rancho Cordova (Gold River) Make up the area, which serves 13,725 customers.
Coastal District Office
Los Osos Customer Service Area The 3,100 customers in portions of Los Osos and San Luis Obispo obtain good quality water requiring little treatment from six company wells.
Ojai Customer Service Area In Ojai and the surrounding areas, 2,800 customers received 90% of their water from six company-owned wells. The supply is augmented by water purchased from the Casitas Municipal Water District.
Santa Maria Customer Service Area The 12,600 customers get 90% of their water through from 25 company-owned wells. Concrete reservoirs can store almost 4 million gallons of water.
Simi Valley Customer Service Area Sections In Simi Valley, 12,500 customers get 90% of their water through supplies purchased from the Calleguas Municipal Water District. About 10% of the water supply comes from a two company wells.There is nearly eight million gallons of water stored in the system.

Central District Office
Central Basin East Customer Service Center Some 19,600 customers are served here through a combination of 40% imported, purchased water and 60% water pumped from various well. Water is provided to portions of Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, and Long Beach.
Central Basin West Customer Service Area Approximately 37% of the water serving the 19,200 customers in this area is purchased, with the remaining 63% pumped from 21 wells. Water is provided to portions of Bell, Bell Gardens, Cudayh, Huntington Park, Paramount, Southgate (hollydale) and unincorporated areas of Los Angeles and Willowbrook.
Culver City Customer Service Area The entire community of Culver City is served by 9,300 metered connections in this area.
Southwest District Customer Service Area Over 52,000 connections for customers living in Carson, Compton, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Lawndale, Redondo Beach, and unincorporated Los Angeles County areas including Athens, Del Aire, El Camino Village, Lennox, Rancho Dominguez and Rosewood receive 80% of their water from imported sources and 20% from area wells.

Apple Valley Customer Service Area Serving 2,300 customers, Apple Valley and the nearby Lucerne Valley have four separate water systems supplied by a total of 13 wells, which pump water from the Upper Mojave Groundwater Basin.
Barstow Customer Service Area Water is obtained from 25 SCWC-owned wells serving this community of 8,400 customers who live in Barstow, the community of Lenwood and the Nebo Marine Base.
Calipatria Customer Service Area The most southeast GSWC community serves 1,150 customers in the city of Calipatria, the township of Niland and the Calipatria State Prision.
Morongo Customer Service Area Four company-owned wells pump the water serving the 800 customers living in the Morongo Valley.
Wrightwood Customer Service Area All of the 2,500 customers in Wrightwood receive their water from eight company-owned wells in this mountain resort of single family weekend and vacation cottages.
Foothill District Office
Claremont Customer Service Area More than half the water serving the 10,360 customers in this area is obtained from 25 active, company-owned wells. the rest is purchased. Areas served include the city of Claremont and portions of Montclair, Pomona and Upland.
San Dimas Customer Service Area The 15,000 customers living in the San Dimas home office area of GSWC, along with portions of La Verne, Covina, Walnut, Glendora, Charter Oaks and unincorporated area of Los Angeles County receive their water through a mix of 40% company-owned wells and 60% purchased supplies.
San Gabriel Customer Service Area In San Gabriel, Arcadia, Duarte, El Monte, Irwindale, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Rosemeed and Temple City, these 11,760 customers receive water from a mix of company-owned wells and purchased sources.
Orange County District Office
Los Alamitos Customer Service Area The 26,200 customers of the cites of Cypress, Stanton, Los Alamitos and small portions of Buena Park, Garden Grove, La Palma, Seal Beach, together adjacent unincorporated Orange County, which includes the community of Rossmoor, receive water purchased primarily from the Municipal Water District of Orange County, augmented by a supply pumped from 21 wells.
Placentia Customer Service Area Approximately 25% of the CSA's water supply is imported water purchased from Metropolitan Water District of Orange County (MWDOC). The remaining 75 % of the supply is pumped from 21 wells in the Customer Service Area.
Chaparral City Water Company CCWC provides water to more than 12,800 people in the cities of Fountain Hills and Scottsdale.
